While they occupy the basement, the first floor is open to guests and so is their independent garden cottage. The upper levels have attached balconies too. The rooms are adequately stocked with ACs, TVs, a minibar, water heaters etc.

The quaint homestay is close to Calangute and Candolim beaches but boasts of a quieter and more rejuvenating experience away from the noise.
