The Green Planet Now Has A New Forest-Themed Cafe
So what if the winter is coming to an end? Dubai now has a cool, new forest-themed cafe! Chill amidst lush greenery, pet animals and tuck in loads of lip-smacking goodies. Dubai’s famed indoor tropical bio-dome Green Planet has now taken the city’s café scene to the next level. Guests can now head to the The Green Planet’s newly-renovated Green Planet Café for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Weekend plans on?
What’s It?
The Green Planet Cafe is complete with an exquisitely refurbished ‘rainforest themed’ terrace. Set in an authentic forest-setting, this is perfect to embark on the ultimate jungle-esque family breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Green Planet café is open daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Calling all mini Attenborough’s, the new café boasts an incredible kids’ menu complete. The menu is tucked in with all the classics including scrambled egg, pancakes, pizzas, burgers, hot dogs and more. Besides, there’s also an incredible new kids’ play area complete with soft play slides, ball pit and more.
As for the adults, you can expect a delectable menu, boasting everything from the Green Benedict, cheesy potato pancakes, portobello mushrooms, asparagus, cream spinach, poached egg and truffle cream sauce. The cafe also whips an indulgent Green Planet Big Breakfast, the all-day breakfast which is simply irresistible. Those a little more health conscious can opt for the ultimate Acai Bowl and those after a sweet treat can try out the Bubble Waffles, or the drool-worthy Banana Bread French Toast.
Lunch options are available from 12:00 pm onwards, offering a range of salads, including the Quinoa and Berries Salad, plus a series of tasty burgers, pizzas, pasta dishes and more.
Refuel before or after getting up close and personal to over 3,000 exotic plants and animals. From witnessing a live feeding frenzy of over 1,000 piranhas, snapping a picture with the sleepy sloths or holding the creepy crawlies to taking a journey down under at The Australian Walkabout – there’s plenty to keep the entire family entertained.
What’s more, diners might be lucky enough to get to meet the slithery guests of The Green Planet who like to adventure outside with the expert biologists every so often!
